Our Story
Woody’s was founded by Brandon Wood with a primary focus on making homeownership easy. Every homeowner knows that “there’s always something” going on with your home. By offering a variety of home services from routine maintenance to completing a renovation, Woody’s is there to help you every step of the way.
I have been involved in the trades my whole life. I worked for a general contractor during highschool and college rebuilding and renting student housing, then joined the carpenters union (Local 926 Brooklyn, NY). After becoming a Journeyman in the Union, I made the jump to build my own home service company and started Woody’s Property Services. With an MBA in business management, years of on-the-job training and a devotion to customer satisfaction, we have proudly been serving our customers for the past decade.
Woody’s was originally founded by offering routine maintenance services such as pressure washing, soft wash roof cleaning, driveway cleaning, house painting, gutter cleaning and more. After being exposed to home renovation for the past decade, we have decided to transition into completing larger renovation projects. This was a great transition because all of our services compliment each other and we are able to offer our customers even more. Through growth and partnership, we still offer a strong home maintenance service as well as specialty trade services to get the job done. Our crews bring years of experience to each project in their own specialty niche so each project gets done right the first time.

We also have alert systems that will notify you when our crew is on the way, who the crew members are that will be working at your home, when we begin work, and the time that the work was completed. We know that quick, consistent communication is pinnacle to providing an outstanding customer experience.

We understand that everyone has deadlines and motives so we carefully select our customers because we want to offer the best service possible and be fully reliable for our work and its successful outcome.

We work diligently to recruit, hire, and train talented individuals to work with Woody's and we do not let any of our technicians work independently on a client's property prior to studying our handbook completing our hands-on training program.
